BEFORE

Prior to your home search, our Monarch Concierge team will coordinate with your team for  your arrival and assist with:

  • Airport Transport
  • Hotel or Home Reservations
  • Dinner Reservations
  • Any Requests During your Search
  • Coordinate Estate Management team to assess Carrying Cost for prioritized properties

DURING

Not only do we assist the Real Estate team with your inspections and vendor coordination during contract, our Concierge team will:

  • Meet with our Estate Management team and assess the maintenance plan for your property
  • Meet with your Architect and Interior Decorator
  • Coordinate any additional service vendor meetings to ensure your home is delivered at closing exactly as you expect.
